Considered the following charges against Mr. Rahman and Mr. Sales, both officers of the Supreme Court, viz:-

That S. A. Rahman did on the 26th October last improperly alter the Summary Jurisdiction official cause list for the following day and improperly procure the delay on the que posting of the list.

That V. A. Sales did on the 26th October last allow S. A. Rahman to improperly alter the official list, which it was the Sales's duty to prepare, of the Summary Jurisdiction causes for the following day, on the said Rahman's assuring him that "nothing would come out of the matter", as stated in his explanation to the Registrar of the 30th ultimo.
